Spit Game Sign-Up

This form is only for people who have been invited to take part in a Spit Game filmed or studio session. Completing this form does not guarantee participation — it is required after you have been selected. If you’ve been sent this form firectly, you’re good to go.

Spit Game supports young talent and cultures from across London and beyond. This form needs to be completed before you can participate/content can be shared which features you either being filmed or audio recorded. Whilst there are some exceptions, we encourage all artists to SHOW THEIR PROCESS and be open in sharing this.

Spit Game (Rap Club Productions C.I.C) works with young people across London in partnership with schools and organisations, supporting creative development through music, film and culture.

By completing this form, you are giving permission for Spit Game (Rap Club Productions C.I.C) and relevant partners to use any footage (audio and/or video) that features you from the session in perpetuity on our platforms and in future Spit Game content (non-profit use). This includes (but is not limited to) Spit Game socials/platform. This only applies to the footage taken during the session. A parent/guardian must complete this with you if you are under the age of 18. For those under 18, this also confirms parental knowledge and approval in participation in our projects.
