Spit Game Sign-Up

This form is for people who have been invited to take part in Spit Game activity. Completing it does not guarantee participation — it is completed after you have been selected or invited.

Spit Game (Rap Club Productions C.I.C.) works with young people and adults across music, film, performance, production and culture. People may take part in a range of capacities, including as an artist, musician, performer, actor, filmmaker, crew member, creative, participant or other contributor.

We use this form as a general record that you are happy to take part in Spit Game activities and, where you are under 18, that your parent/guardian knows and agrees that you may work with us.

Spit Game opportunities can include rehearsals, filming, recording sessions, writing or development sessions, production activity, workshops, meetings, events, screenings and other creative sessions. These may take place at Spit Game venues, partner organisations, studios, filming locations or other appropriate locations.

For participants under 18: a parent/guardian must complete the relevant section of this form. By doing so, they confirm that they are happy for the young person to participate in appropriate Spit Game activities and for the Spit Game team to communicate directly with the young person where appropriate in order to arrange and support their involvement. This may include communication by phone, text, WhatsApp, email or other agreed messaging platforms.

Direct communication may include discussing availability, sharing session information, call times, locations, creative materials, rehearsal information and other practical details relating to Spit Game activity. Parents/guardians remain welcome to contact us at any time and we may contact them directly where appropriate or required.

Where a specific project requires additional permissions or agreements — for example an actor contract, contributor agreement, location-specific consent, licensing/chaperone arrangements or additional safeguarding measures — these will be dealt with separately. This form does not replace those requirements.

Some Spit Game activities are filmed, photographed or audio recorded. By completing this form, you give Spit Game (Rap Club Productions C.I.C.) and relevant project partners permission to record you during agreed activities and to use that material in connection with Spit Game’s work, including on our websites, social media platforms, films, programmes, promotional material, educational material, screenings and future Spit Game content. Where a project requires different or additional usage rights, these will be agreed separately.
